• Customer Support Trainee

    CMS is looking for an Customer Support Trainee.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Liaise with the customers via email, calls or by any other communication medium to resolve their queries within a reasonable time period or as per nature of the query.
    • Should have sound knowledge of system Installation, networks and hardware issues.
    • Knowledge of database, deployment, analytical solution, SQL 2005, SQL 2008.
    • Fluent English and good customer handling skills.
